Each tablet of Flavanon 4 contains 500mg of Red Clover extract providing: 40mg of the combined isoflavones; biochanin A, formononetin, genistein and daidzein. Take one to two tablets daily with food. Isoflavones are a class of phytoestrogens, which are naturally occurring chemicals found in plants
