It looks to be entirely hand done inside so I would consider this to be demi-couture since he was not actually a Chambre member so it cannot be defined as true Haute Couture

It is entirely finished by hand and you can clearly see that hand work in the setting of the lining into the dress

What is remarkable is that there is a tiny bit of light padding inside the shoulder but the shape you see really comes from the way the fabric has been placed and sewn into the body of the dress

The dress is stunning and in person is far more magical then how the camera captured the tones and colors
