The country of origin is unknown but it is probably Scandinavian or French made

Condition: Great condition with some minor things: Note it has three tiny spots close to the right sleeve (View photo)

Condition: Sounds absurd for a dress that is almost 100 years old but

these are in the pleats area of the skirt and not super obvious when worn
