Fully lined in silk chiffon and has hidden hook & eye down the front

No size tag so please check actual measurements

The hem is finished with a pointed scalloping

There is no label as the client removed it but it has the Holly Harp signature lace loops inside the skirt to hang it and it is absolutely a true Holly Harp piece
