To be enjoyed from now on and for the next 5 years served between 6 and 8ºC in the Viognier / Chardonnay glass from the Veritas series by Riedel (6449/05) or in the Riesling glass from the Vinum series by Riedel

This is a lightly spicy array of crushed red and black fruits with a savory and peppery finish

The nose is expressive

Try it served up with cinnamon and a sliced orange

followed by a hint of dried fruit

Eventually filtered for clarity and colour, this provides an impeccably balanced flavour and begins a new era of full bodied white rum.
