The skirt is amazingly constructed with lots of fullness and also finished with the braiding detail so that it has a touch of weight and falls and drapes perfectly

The skirt is very unusual with ties that runs through the hem and then come out to tie at each side of the skirt allowing you to leave it loose or pull it tight creating different shapes depending on how tight you go

There are no labels but it has that feel of a Kansai or some other avant garde designer
