this Mr Blackwell gown is just fabulous

The fabric of the dress is a bandage like jersey and is fitted

blowing off the girls’ clear plastic boaters and setting their extraordinary clothes flowing as they strode on in their thigh-high plastic boots

rather it is all one long line of fabric with extra panels worked through each side of the hip to give it more volume as it nears the hem

It is printed on a silk chiffon to further soften the feel of the print and give it a bit of a vintage feel
