Made of a pink floral print chiffon over a inner sheath dress in black. It has a wonderful loose, hostess feel to it and drapes and moves nicely. I love the ruffled cuffs such a feminine touch! That same ruffled feel is picked up on the wide hem at the bottom of the skirt this also adds a bit of interest to the otherwise simple cut. The neckline is also ruffled and a
