Bill Tice did lingerie and he also did a range of lounge type, hostess pieces. All with that fabulous seventies decadence. This lovely little shimmering emerald maxi dress is made of a liquid flat ply velvet that is very light and moves and drapes fantastically. The upper bodice has a gathered elastic and tie front with a sexy keyhole. The edges are finished with a gold threads along the top of the riffled
