1960s Hand Applied Gold Cord & Mirrors on Black Velvet Tunic Top designer-altuzarra Fully lined in a blackI have no background on this top but it is all done by hand and is quite fabulous. The base is a black cotton velvet and I love the shape of the entire top. The sleeves end just above the wrist and the flare out and are rounded at their cuffs, curving upwards on the inside part of the sleeve. This same curved feel is done on the hem that curves down at the front and back and then up at the sides in the same way that the sleeves do. Onto the velvet is
