It has a scooped front and back neckline and the straps are set to sit a touch wide on the shoulder. The bust is formed and the waist seams curves prettily. The skirt flows out and widens as it nears the hem. The hem detail is of course, spectacular, with hand cut and placed "petals" set in three stacked rows atop of each other to form a tremendous flounced hem! I love the
