It has tons of fullness but not so much that you get heaviness and pleating when worn - just enough to hold the fullness and yet not be over powering

I believe that each dot has been hand painted

) Personally I love the gold version ore then the red - it acts almost like a neutral and is extremely flattering to a wide variety of skin tones

The back is equally amazing - the bodice scoops to a V and the back skirt is gathered in soft pleats along the dipped waist banding
