The tunic is caught up with hooks at the waist and plunges quite low if you wish it to

It looks to be a transfer print on leather with hand painted detailing

I have seen this before both in a similar version and this print so despite it being unlabeled and that combined with the information from the original owner has me sure on the matter

They do not have any padding but I suspect that they once did - you could easily add a light pad back in if you prefer it to look and feel more structured
