The 3" medallion is made of engraved white brass coins. It is sturdy, but not at all heavy. The golden engraved coins have shiny faceted onyx stones with 4 large blister pearls on all sides that encircle a 1" coral button onyx accented centerpiece. The slightly oblong, natural shaped, "dirty pearls" give this necklace a clean, spring aura, but,
