The color of this wonderful caftan dress is fantastic - it is a deep rich pink in a brilliant jeweled hue

It has an elastic waist which makes it very easy to wear

I am sure that originally the V was meant to be worn in the back but because of how that side is cut with no seaming to suggest a bodice

I love how the top is cut to slightly drape and sit just off the shoulder and leaves the bodice with a more skimming over the body feel rather then being skin tight

1970s Pauline Trigere Purple & Green Silk Chiffon Set designer-alfred-bosand The color of this wonderfulThis really spectacular set by Pauline Trigere is constructed from layers of silk chiffon that combine two tones of green with a exterior purple layer. The silk used is almost weightless and it feels like wisps of air once on. The skirt flows to the floor and is constructed so that there is an inner layer of the darkest green that is seamed so it closes around the hips and then three layers of silk over this that attached at the waist only. Since only
