The base has applied gesso de bologna and organic limestone to make up the plaster base

Painted in distressed white-cream with gilded highlights

L992 Retail in particularSculptural 18th century Italian gilded cross mounted on hematite with natural forming pyrite. Gold plated crystals adorn each point of the cross. Gold plated crystal points also surround the inside of the cross to replicate a halo or sunrays. Together, elements create a sculptural work of historic and organic significance.
