Higonokami Mini Second archive • 10” / 25cm CeramicOur Mini Higonokami is a tiny but surprisingly tough knife. It has a thick blade which is just 37mm long and a brass handle. The design is characterised by the 'chikiri' the lever used to open the knife. There is no locking mechanism The 3 layer (""San Mai"") high carbon steel blade is very sharp and keeps its edge well. However it is not stainless so please keep it dry to avoid corrosion. This little knife comes with a brown carry case.
