I know it is at least post 1931 as that is when the company moved to the location indicated on the base of the tin. The graphics don't help date it much, they have a sort of 50's vibe but that doesn't mean much as a lot of the 30's stuff was similar or identical but we just don't associate the two eras. Its in pretty good condition. Great tin to clean up
