The fruit bunches are carefully selected and handpicked. Following temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel, approximately 10% of the wine undergoes maturation in French Oak barriques prior to being reunited with the parent vinification. This wine appears pale yellow in the glass while releasing intense aromas of sundried hay and stone fruits
