After BCC I was accepted into the art program at Southeastern Mass University. I left Southeastern after a year for lack of funds. I joined the U. S. Naval Reserve and went on active duty. Discharged from active duty I worked various construction jobs before joining Pittsfield Fire Department. The working schedule allowed me time to
