Chateau Cos Labory 2015 75cl Chateauneuf du Pape A lovely bright spicy wineTasting Note One to put away for a bit its neighbours include Cos d'Estournel and Lafite so this is a steal! Producer Bernard Audoy has transformed Cos Labory to be almost as sought after as his more illustrious neighbours. The encpagement is 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Following fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and lined cement vats, the wine is aged for 18 months in barriques (30% 50% new each year).
