2022 Paolo Leo Pianerosse Susumaniello Boutinot Rounded tannins make this softSusumaniello is a natural hybrid of a Puglian table grape and Garganega, a white grape once believed to have Greek origins. Its name comes from "somarello" (donkey), a nod to the grape's abundant yields during its early years. Tasting Notes Deep ruby color with violet tinges; pronounced aromas of spices, black pepper and cloves, and red fruits like cherry and raspberries; medium body, elegant smooth tannins, well balanced with a good acidity.
