This is pure Bierzo

as I was in Burgundy after all

with Nebbiolo's detectible tannins and pleasantly bitter finish

The palate is both lithe and lifted yet staining and saturated, transitioning into a glacial, intense finish propelled by grainless yet intensely grippy
