Good Things Come in Threes Based on the original stoutWe were chuffed to be part of Seeker Brewings Collabruary this year, an annual event where Seeker Brewing make a medley of different beers in collaboration with other breweries. We wanted to take the opportunity to create something unique and unusual and we really wanted to work with the Illawarra plums. This lead us to South Coast Distillery, searching for advice on how we could get our hands on these elusive plums. They said that the plums were in
