Prototype Folder Vintage 15/16" blade of gold3 1 4" blade of unknown steel, satin finish, 7 1 2" opened length Stainless steel frame Stag scales Inside of frame is marked "Prototype 1, 9 25 76" Near mint condition (there are a few light scratches on the frame) This unusual knife operates by lifting the the rear stainless portion of the handle scale, then sliding the knife out the end of the handle and closing the scale. Retracting the knife can be done with the exact opposite action.
