The lining is made from the unique Welltex(TM) ceramic infused polypropylene fabric with a polyester outer cover. It is strengthened around the neck and has soft, fleece fabric around the withers to avoid chaffing. To prevent overstretching, it has a reinforcement band along the back. In addition, the Rug has double buckles & crossover belly surcingles (pop closures), with
