The 0. 74x reduction factor shortens the focal ratio of the 111F to f 5. 1, shortening the exposure time and increasing the field of view. When paired with this flattener reducer, the focal length of the 111F becomes 566mm, transforming it into an extremely capable widefield astrograph. The flattener reducer has a backfocus requirement of
