Mix no wipe UV top coat and luminous powder evenly. 3. Apply it onto your nails. 4. Repeat the step 2 until you're satisfied with the effect. 5. Buff and smooth the nail with a nail buffer. 6. Apply UV TOP COAT and cure it under UV LED lamp.
