Chateau Gaudin 2002 75cl ridge-vineyard the daughter of EdouardAged in the family owned Chateau, this has baked plums, cassis and spice on the now with a silky, long aged fruit finish. Family owned since 1901, Chteau Gaudin is an 11 hectare estate with a vineyard planted on the gravel ridge of Pauillac in a wonderful location just between Pichon and Lynch Bages. The 45 year old vines are planted on gravel clay soils. The grapes are hand picked and then fermented in traditional concrete tanks which sometimes
