Basement Ramp condenser The building opened as AsahiA concrete ramp drops into the two level basement of the former Balmain Leagues Club, dust catching in shafts of light above the worn surface. The club at the corner of Victoria Road and Darling Street, Rozelle, opened in 1957 as the social and financial engine of the Balmain Tigers. It closed on 28 March 2010 and never reopened. Part of the Balmain Leagues Club series.
