I recently got a lot of Tamarisk after I was contacted by the Colorado State Forestry Service

I purchased the burl from someone who had bought it several decades ago

Vessel body is 13 diameter x 5. 125 tall with 1. 75 opening, 12 tall with stand and finial. Finished with walnut oil. I collected the wood from the Uncompahgre Plateau where the tree had been killed by the Bull Draw fire in the summer of 2018.
