This piece probably dates between 1890 1910. The bowl has stunning hand chased details which displays many scrolls and flowers. The edge of the bowl has a nice ribbed design. There are two open cartouches in the decoration that have never been monogrammed. The underside of the piece has been marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Roger Williams Silver Co. This
