Malthouse One sleet The machine was part ofMalthouse One at Mittagong Maltings, photographed in 2014. The southernmost of three malthouse buildings on the site, it was the first constructed, completed in August 1899 by Stuart Brothers of Sydney. A 1969 fire gutted the interior, stripping all internal structures; what remained was the brick shell. Part of the Mittagong Maltings series.
