This limited 2025 release sees peated spirit initially matured for three years in ex bourbon casks before spending a further three and a half years in Sauternes barriques. Bottled at 50% ABV, it delivers decadence and balance in equal measure. Sauternes AOC is a French sweet wine from the region of the same name in the Graves section in Bordeaux. Sauternes
