This Tibetan rug was designed by Utah artist Laurie Downing and painstakingly woven with subtle transitions of color by Tibetan refugee weavers in Nepal

now woven in a durable and hardwearing Soumak construction that will hold up for generations

"Kimono" was hand knotted in Nepal of wonderful, all natural, handspun, hand carded Tibetan wool (see "What is a Tibetan Rug?").
