It is hard to explain, but despite such a dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend, Bruno Borie and his team have managed to create a wine of purity, poise, elegance and charm. The Super Seconds have performed very well this year and Ch. Ducru Beaucaillou is a dominant part of that.
