Iittala Kastehelmi Tealight Candleholder For the Coffee Enthusiast Designed by Klaus HaapaniemiDesigned by Oiva Toikka Manufactured by Iittala Legendary Finnish designer Oiva Toikkas love for experimenting led to the groundbreaking raised droplet design of Kastehelmi. In 1964, Toikka was determined to find a pattern that would hide the joint marks in pressed glass. The result was Kastehelmi (dewdrop in Finnish) which features rings of delicate glass droplets designed to resemble strings of dewdrops glistening under the morning sun.
