Noticing that the wind was blowing out of the south I found myself south of airport to photograph takeoffs

The area was filled with people sledding on the fresh snow

Using the low light to my advantage I was able to use a slower shutter speed on my camera and capture the motion from the water in the image

A spring storm dropped some snow along the Front Range of Colorado

California while in town for the holiday

Waves along the Malecon Size:24"x36" Noticing that the wind wasOn my final day in Havana a small weather system moved into the city bringing up the wind as it passed through the city. Even with the wind I headed out to the Malecon and was treated to the waves crashing against the seawall. I watched in awe of the force of the waves but also used that time to see where the waves were breaking, with that knowledge I searched for an interesting foreground and pointed my camera.
