Colors of Svalbard Nature Denver is the Mile High

Denver is the Mile High City and in some places in town you will see mention of this elevation

When flying into Juneau just a few hours earlier I noticed the tide was quite high

With this pour of concrete they covered just over a block

This was a great start to the day of watching the scenic landscapes all around

Making my way through the park I found a group of trees which sparked my interest

On a late afternoon in Svalbard I noticed a bit of green on some land and used camera movement to blend in the scene. The sky in the arctic can turn into an interesting color of yellow as seen in this image.
