1970s Oscar De La Renta Plunging Halter designer-suzy-perette Item# E475I have had this dress before and it feel even more relevant and better this time! It is a stunning design and an early example of De La Renta's work. The colors on the soft jersey are still as crisp and true as they would have been when it was produced and I love how they absolutely pop against the deep navy base of the dress helped in part by the white backdrop used on each! Cut halter style you step into it and then it hooks and ties at the bottom
