Gekkeikan's Nigori is a Specialty Junmai shu, brewed from rice polished to a 78% ratio. Nose: Earthy and sweet, gently acidic and rice derived, with dairy like aromas reminiscent of cream, yoghurt or a probiotic drink. Palate: Sweet flavours of overripe banana,
