Two Fine Quality Coalport Plates with Botanical Decoration Sets of Chairs Provenance: Library of Henry RogersTwo finely painted Coalport plates, both likely decorated outside the factory. One with a gilt Greek key border possibly decorated by William Pollard in Wales. The border surrounds a dense bouquet of dramatically depicted flowers. The other plate features a maroon border and is possibly painted in London. Also with a finely decorated bouquet in the center on a moody ground. Circa 1825 Origin English Depth 9. 25"
