The piece was originally an antique cufflink (circa 1900) transformed by removing the back ad adding a 14k gold bail. It measures 1. 3 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1 inch wide, and it is in great condition; however, the diamond is a later replacement. The pendant weighs 5. 95 grams.
