The diamond is gently hammered for texture then secured to our hand made ear wires. Sterling silver option is completely sterling silver including the ear wire. Gold filled option is 14k gold filled including the ear wire. MEASUREMENT: approximate length 2 inches, approximate diameter 1. 4 inches.
